paramount to our foundation, the foundation itself is our people. Environment, Training and Compensation are the tripod that support our workforce. The same way we believe in quality of sales, we believe even more in quality of our people's environment, training and compensation.
Argenta started as a sub company under the umbrella company McLoba Partners LTD. After a lot of trials and tribulation, McLoba decided to ask Doug Mitchell, now Argenta CEO and majority owner, to start managing the company. Doug was able to get the company to a small profit, enough so that McLoba could sell the company to regain their losses. Doug jumped on the opportunity and was able to secure purchase of Argenta and become the majority owner. Doug immediately lost most of his sales team to another company, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. So with 1 salesperson in Houston and himself in Corpus Christi he started out on a venture that would result in the current company with dozens of reps that Argenta is now. Everything in between is a story he loves to tell.

Argenta uses tools like Top Salesmen, Rookie of the Month, Office Wars, and daily competitions to ignite our people and incentivize them to excel in their volume as well as keeping a focus on quality.
Meet the Team
President & CEO
Doug Mitchell took over the company in 2011 expanding it from Corpus Christi and Houston to its current national status. He got his professional start in real estate marketing and followed with several of his own ventures until he landed with his current partners running marketing and operations for their multi million dollar partnership of businesses. The partnership started Argenta and Doug purchased it shortly after, creating a system and culture that multiplied its success by ten. Doug plays rugby and basketball when not spending time with his 3 kids.
He was once our banker, now he has gone private business. A degree in Business Administration and 4 years of banking experience made him perfect to handle Argenta’s finances. Five years later and he has become one of our core irreplaceable staff members. Rudy plays rugby, enjoys disc golf, and spending time with his wife and their dog Pinto.
Systems DirectorShannon came to us with a strong background in teaching and kicking ass. She has an ability to get the job done like a pitbull. She’s become an expert at building out our systems whether it’s payroll, recruiting, or survey responses from clients. She also manages our admin team and handles our software setup. She spends her time raising her son, with friends and family, and her new pup Maddie.
Customer Service ManagerSteven is our tech and customer service guru with some recruiting sprinkled in. He came to us from Apple and quickly rose to his current position. As with most of our staff he has gained an eclectic set of skills that cement his value with Argenta. When he’s not crushing it at work he likes to travel, attend concerts, do DIY projects, and volunteer.
AdminRyan is the newest addition to our team and fits right in. His background in marketing and music makes him a shoo-in to handle our social media in addition to customer service, recruiting, and onboarding. His unique skill set has positioned him as an immediate asset to our team. Ryan enjoys making music,gaming, and spending time with his girlfriend.
VP of SalesWith a strong recruiting background, Wayne came to Argenta mid 2012 and runs our direct sales campaigns. Wayne has operated his own business and has sold everything under the sun in his long professional sales career. This experience and his ability to counsel people to greatness give him the perfect skill set to manage our sales teams. Wayne is a leader at his church and very involved with boy scouts along with his family.
Market Manager (San Antonio)
Rob has been with Argenta for 3 years and is one our Market Managers in San Antonio. His goal this year is to double his annual income and promote 2 Market Managers and become a Regional Director within Argenta. Rob is active in the music and barbecue scene in San Antonio. Cooking and grilling is one of his favorite past times and truly one of his passions.
Market Manager (San Antonio)
Carlos has been with Argenta for 2 years and has worked his way to Market Manager in San Antonio, TX. Carlos is married and the proud father of 2 kids. He’s currently in the process of publishing his first book and is an avid reader. Carlos is currently the G.O.A.T. and has the record for the largest single weekly paycheck for a non Market Manager. He’s held the record for 5 months and is ready to train the next sales beast to beat him. His goal is to become the #1 sales office for Argenta and promote 2 new Market Managers this year.
Sr. Assistant Manager - Detail Guru
Cheyenne has been with Argenta for 1 year and is our Sr. AM in Corpus Christi. She’s a mother of 3 and involved in the community and in Cub Scouts with her boys. She’s passionate about helping others and seeing them grow. Cheyenne’s goal is to take over the Corpus Christi office and continue to help others.
Assistant Manager - Style King
Robert has been with the company for 7 months. He has been married for 6 years and has 3 kids. He’s very active with his kids’ baseball team and is acting coach. His goal is to open our Houston office later this year.
Assistant Manager - Mr Personality
Rene has been with Argenta for 5 months. Rene has been married to his wife for 12 years and is the proud father of 3 kids. He used to have a catering company and cooking is still one of his passions and majored in culinary and hospitality in college. He’s focused on being our next Market Manager and really wants to move to Ft Worth, TX.
Assistant Manager - Young Gunslinger
Ryan has been with Argenta for only 5 months and is already an Assistant Manager. He’s the proud father of a 3 year old little girl. Ryan is very active in the local music scene and is a record producer for several local artists. Ryan’s goal is to open an office in Austin, TX and continue his career path with Argenta.
Assistant Manager - Elite Trainer
Glen comes to us from California with a strong background in sales and training. He quickly established himself as an elite trainer, and currently has trained the most reps of anyone in the company AND has one of the strongest sales records. Glen is active in the church and community and has a stout goal to double his 2018 income.
Assistant Manager - Business Extraordinaire
Ronald, a UT Alumni, is a savvy vet in our office. He sells a wide range of products well including business and residential. He is one of our sharper dressers with his AT&T Logo’d sport coats and visors. Ronald enjoys the track on the weekends and is focused on growing his team.
Assistant Manager - Media Whiz
Chris is one of our newest rising stars. He quickly qualified for AM and has his sights set on learning and getting promoted to MM. He’s used his media skills to contribute to the team already as well. When he’s not rising through our ranks he is spending time with his six children and wife in their beautiful new home.
